Wife hates truck

She says its too cold(heater works fine)!
She says its too big(bigger is better)!
She says its too loud(so I can't hear her)!
She says it cost too much( so )!

Well needless to say I still have my truck.
As for her, well I suppose I'll miss her a little. True story.

Mine is the complete opposite in this case,,Seems like she likes mine,but would rather have an automatic,mine is a 5 spd,,Her answer to that problem is sell her Durango and buy her OWN truck,,Wonder what she'd say if she found out I was trying to prevent this,,I wouldn't fret,there are MANY a lady out there who love our trucks as much as us,GOTTA SEARCH... ... ... .

95 2500 SLT Laramie 3. 54 automatic JVC cd out of factory infinity system, southwest grill gaurd (a favorite amongst the deer population), K&N chunked, AFC adjusted, "gutless" cat, Geno's dual EGT/boost gauge, TST #6 plate slid all the way forward, AFC housing slid all the way forward, silencer ring removed

My truck:
95 2500 SLT Laramie 4x4 automatic, Geno's dual EGT/Boost gauge, Dodge cat test pipe (I'm still testing hehe), Geno's muffler eliminator pipe, AFC star wheel adjusted for smoke show, TST #6 plate slid all the way forward, AFC Housing slid all the way forward. On order, DTT valve body and torque converter, I decided to finally upgrade my poor auto transmission after over 100,000 miles of trouble free service.

No complaints from my wife about the Ram. Sue bought a new 01 diesel for her own and she even lets me drive it once in a while. #ad
She laughs about a woman owning and driving a truck that many men would love to have.

The result of Sue ordering HER truck was that the old '94 became officially mine to modify at will - when I am not busy adding requested goodies to Sue's Ram (finally some honeydo's that I enjoy #ad

Happy to hear that you and the truck get along well. I wonder how many of our colleagues have had divorces? Seems like 7-8 out of 10 from the ones I know. the only other group I know of that has such a high split-rate is Drill Sergeants, due to stress and long hours (been there,done that, too). That leaves just me and the wife (also RPh) to stay together while 8 others split #ad
. That just sounds like a too-high statistic, even compared to the rest of this increasingly dysfunctional society. Guess I got a good one (both the wife and the truck)
On a lighter note, mine will drive my truck (which she calls "his Mistress") when she has to #ad
, and likes for me to chauffer her around in it #ad
, but I have no fear of her trucknapping my preferred ride #ad

You're right about the stress of life. In todays worldwe do need less stress and more mutual support. She gave me a lot of stress and little support. Needless to say she got left behind in a huge cloud of BLACK, ALL AMERICAN, GREAT SMELLIN', CUMMINS TURBO DIESEL SMOKE. Now it's just myself and my daughter, who just happens to love dad's truck. The louder the better for her.
