Any word on AFE stage 2 for '03-'04???

What's the deal w/ "Timing Hammer"?

I'll try to take some and post them tomorrow.

Is any one else seeing pressures drop from 14. 5-15 down to 6 I am a little worried since I have some BD2's about to go in, I would imagine with 14. 5to15psi at Idle then my LP is still healthy, mabye I need a filter change but this one isn't very old or with but about 8000 miles on it. I was assured that with a healthy LP the pressures wouldn't drop below 9 and recover to 10-11 yet I'm getting 6 recovered to 7psi, not trying to Hijack the thread just a question that got longwinded.

Me too! That is why I'm looking into this mod also! The bigger banjo bolts did not do anything to help either!

With a EZ and 275's I could see 4-5 at wot, with the comp drag on 5-5 then I could bring it down to 6 with the wildcat kit installed, so it's hard to tell what it would of been with the stock system and the comp.

Trying a new filter today and will take some pics of wildcat installed.

EDM Mach 2. 5,TST PowerMax3 on level 9 . . stock lift pump would hold 11 psi @ WOT with the Wildcat system. I seen the numbers from the system because I installed it on a friends truck. .

Sixpack

Before Wildcat Maxflow - with EZ could pull FP down to 4. After Wildcat Maxflow - with PM3 on 9, WOT = never below 8! Did the Maxflow before the PM3 so can't really talk apples to apples, but I'm very impressed. After Wildcat Maxflow, I gave up thinking about need for a FASS.

I talked to Rod today and he said that my pressure drops were very uncommon and suggested somethings to check including the filter housing maybe being stopped up in the inlet or outlet holes, or a line collapsing or a crimp in the hoses, will check this out this weekend hopefully good news

Sorry no pics, it's been kinda crazy around my house this week!

Pulled tank and checked and cleaned the screen on sending unit blewout all the hared lines th the Lp and checked the filter canister and disassembled it to check for any blockage and checked for kinks, so I will check pressures tomorrow hopefully better pressures at wot.

And did it all by myself w/out a lift and had it running in 3 1/2 hours :D amazing I thought!

Here's a pic of MY max flow install-- this is the connection at the VP

#ad

Note the connection of the -6AN gauge line at the VP adapter. This was tricky. In order to get the tapped part to line up and be accessible, i had to reuse a washer from the old banjo bolt. Working as a spacer, it solved the problem.
