2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Will 295's rub on stock 2000 2500 4x4?

Been running 285's BFG AT's for the last 3 years, can I up size to 295's with out any rubbing (used on stock wheels)?

I run 295's on my stock alloy wheels on my 01 without any problems.

PS Just drove from Albuquerque to Sheriden and back to see my dad (thru Cheyenne) a couple of months ago. Beautiful state.

I've run 295/75/16 BFG A/T's for 25K mi on my 00' 2500 without any rubbing whatsoever; on & off road.

Son has them on his 99 and they don't rub.
