2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Will 96 bed fit a 02

Back in March some sweet MF*&%@* hit my drivers dually fender, cracking it and pushing the fender in at the rear above the bumper. Tried to find a dually fender locally but best price was over $1,000. 00. Would really like a hauler bed but can't seem to find one in good condition at a fair price. Found this dually bed on e-bay and need to find if it will fit the 2002.

Wouldn't see why not I just put an 8' bed off a 95 1500 on my 99 2500 and it fit perfectly. Dan
