The clutch disk & pressure plate might, but I know for a fact the flywheels are different. If nobody here can answer it call Peter @ SBC tomorrow I know he can. I bought my DD used from a 3rd Gen owner and Peter not only asked to see before I installed it, he swapped me flywheels to fit my 2nd Gen! Good guy that Peter! :D

It will work if the stock flywheel is modified, but I believe you'll need to upgrade the transmission to the larger input shaft to match the clutch disk. Best answer is to call Peter like GS said, I'm only repeating what I've read. I would swap out for a SBC modified flywheel to ensure it's done right. By the time it's all said and done might as well just order the whole SBC kit, which will work with the stock input shaft and save upgrading it. I know the input shaft upgrade is a snap, just don't know how much it costs (Blumenthals carries it I think).

The 24v HO & 3G flywheels won't work at all, starter won't match up and it won't fit inside the bellhousing or something like that.
