Will Excursion wheels fit a Ram 4x4?

Got a chance to pick up some 265/75/16 on 04 Ford Excurion wheels that are takeoffs for a good price. Anyone try these wheels on a ram? It would be for the 97 4x4.

I think the hole spacing is metric on the ford, and I don't believe they will fit the dodge.

I though that most all 8 lug spacing was the same but what F@rd and Ch&vy have done is change their center hole size. There has to be a tire/wheel salesman out here that knows the exacts. (years ect. )

Ford uses a 8 on 170mm pattern and will not work on the Dodge.

Thanks anyway - it was too good to be true, and now I don't have to worry about how to hide the blue oval on my wheels.
