- on the first day of posting this Poll, alittle more than 3/4 of the people voting believe that you won't show up??? 76% of the people don't have faith in you- that you will make an excuse and back out of this race:-{} . Surely you can clarify for the record that your scheduled to be at this event to race that Dr. P truck that you shoe. ... ... .

After discussing it with a magazine editor , while doing a article on my new engine program , I will defiantly come if ……. You get the Edge truck to show up.

, after having Jeff ( Racing Dually) , Andy ( turbotweaker ) and David Dunbar , calling me I will look at the schedule and think about forgoing the NHRA Nation event in Chicago where I have the opportunity to run comp in Charles G. M. Performance Parts trailblazer power corvette in F/EA .

But I will not come and be treated like a circus animal, so any more of the cheep shots , and I will not conceder it . But for now it’s a good possibility that I would come , lets see how many people will be positive about it.

Greg- You get your truck ready and be there, and just cut it out with the circus animal cheap shot jibber jabber, like Timbeaux posted, it's o. k. for you to do the calling out, but not others calling you out? Come on... . You know it's all in fun, when we poke fun at each other, we're racers, that's what we do, we're competitive by nature... .

If this race is to go down I would think with guaranteed commits from you and Edge, this will be one of THE MOST TALKED ABOUT RACES in our little world. I think your magazine buddies would just gobble this story up! Hell I would think someone better call ESPN to get their camera crew there as well.

How could you even think of not showing up? This is what you've been waiting for-No? A chance to finally have these two meet on the starting line, side by side, Southern Style Outlaw Racing- Run whatcha brung-And hope ya brung enough!

Greg yes i did call ya up, and I didn't tell you this on the phone but - I have never, ever known a real racer, worth his NHRA competition License, to back down from a challenge.

My reasons-
1) I have NEVER known a real NHRA certified racer worth his competition license, to back down from a challenge.

2) Being that I'm from up North and am a Yankee, I know that you Southern Boys are very deep on this Southern Pride y-all have... ... ... ...

3) How could you possibly even THINK of not showing up to THE MOST IMPORTANT challenge you have in the Diesel motorsports to date? ?

For these reasons and number 2 is the one that really swayed me, I believe you will be there.

If he does not, he might as well put his Jr. dragster firesuit back on, because he will never have any credibility in the diesel world again. It would mean that the last year of him calling them out would be a lie, and all of his "help" that he has given others and his "secrets" would have taken a tumble down the credibility chart. And most importantly, it would seem that he did not believe in all of those ultra trick parts that he has shamlessly plugged... ... . But that is just my take... .

I agree with everything both of you have brought up! And my offer in the other thread of helping with the funds to make this happen stands! Man,... . at last check the poll shows about 78% saying COMP WON'T SHOW versus only 21% saying COMP WILL SHOW. What does that tell you??

" I would like to add a little something to what you have pointed out. Not only did COMP attack Edge and Keith, but as I recall, he also was harassing Dan Scheid and their crew for not running their diesel dragster against Scott Bentz at that event late last year in California. And that was AFTER he followed Dan Scheid all over at that event acting like he was his buddy and asking him hundreds of questions about diesel performance!! Then old COMP gets on the TDR to harass Dan Scheid and his crew. Heck,... . I thought COMP knew it all!! :-laf



Well as you guys said,... ... . now is the time and opportunity for COMP 461 to prove he CAN DO what he SAYS he can do! Neither have I! But,... ... this may be the exception if the polls are right!



Come on COMP,... ..... let's see you FINALLY "put your money where your mouth is!" It is time to see this settled once and for all.

Everything you have done since you lost your gasser ride and jumped into the Diesel world has been Circusfied. (I didn't say anything about no more cheap shots. )

For the sake of OUR sport... . I hope that everyone can let by-gones be by-gones (man that spelling looks funny) and let this happen. Edge, Comp and Keating, bring out the Garmon boys, Fletcher, Jeff Prince, Maddog, the Bentz Crew, the Scheid Dragster..... bring out the big boys. Lets see ALL the big dogs at ONE event. Not an NHdRA or DHRA, or whatever anyone wants to call it. Just an event for Diesels.



Good god, I'd do anything I could to put this together, but lord knows the only real reason anyone comes to MN is to Fish or Hunt. (and the fact that it would be one HECK of a drive for EVERYONE)



Kansas? Missouri? Nebraska? Middle of the country someplace... .



Lets go guys! Why build the trucks if you are gonna stay in your corner of the country and play. Lets all play together in the same sandbox. Maybe, Just Maybe... you will all learn something from eachother!
