I've searched on this, but can't find THE definitive answer...

Will Nitto 305/70/16's fit on an unlifted 02 QC 4wd SLT ?

If so, I will order... I have never mail ordered tires and am hesitant becuase they will be tough to "try out. . "

Thanks!

Rub at full axle travel? Rub at steering lock on flat and level? I have a front end replacement that allows for more room in the front, but will the tires rub the back?

Anybody out there run these unlifted?

Just a little rubbing unlifted...

Only notice it manuevering in the parking lot. Gonna throw a set of springs on, more for the level look than the rubbing.

No difference that I know of, other than you get a little more chrome. The front end should be the same.

They wont rub in the back. They will be okay in the front if you have a leveling kit. You still run around bellville.

Yup... still in the belleville area.

Ordered the 265's instead... decided to lift it eventually... next tires will be a tad bigger.

As far as the 6hp gain... you have to shave the antenna ball down aobut 3/16"... make sure it's balanced, otherwise you'll start a "death wobble" right around 95.

I'm running 305/70r16's on stock 8 inch rims. Truck is unlifted. No problem at all in back. I do get minor rubbing at full lock up front. I recommend them!

The only rubbing you will get is on the control arm at full lock. I will take a picture if you want to email me. Do it, you will be happy with the tires. If you want something with more of a highway tread go for the toyo open country A/T that is what i have. I was even informed by Les Schwab that the nitto and toyo share the same carcass.
