Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) will these 2 pcms interchange?

I have a 2000 dually automatic diesel dodge and the originalPCM computer was in a engine bay fire and is giving me 3rd gear starts and I have already changed the gov switch and solnd (new parts) in the trans and it still takes off in 3rd? I have checked the wiring and cleaned all of the sensors etc, so I took the pcm off and looked inside and it looks like its been hot on one of the diodes? im also getting a p1899 code and gov high pres code too! ( on my odometer but not on my OTC scanner?) I installed a new park switch too and still get the p1899 code which says pnp switch failure? so I think my pcm may be my problem? my original pcm parts # is P56040416AC , here is what I need to know!I have found a good used PCM in a 2001 year Turbo Diesel with Automatic but its part #s are P56040286AD, will these PCMs interchange? if so I can buy it fairly cheap! I hope someone can help me or if they have the right PCM just let me know how much? thanks for reading my ad! my trucks vin # is last 9 #s 4YJ167803

once the sn is burnt in the pcm it cant be relashed. This is what i was told by several people. So if all the options are idenital you may be ok. I had a pcm problem and tried 4 pcms. None worked right. All would run but had minor problems.
