Will TSTPMCR work from a 05 on my 03???

I was wondering if a TSTPMCR off of a 2005 dodge ram would work on my 2003 ctd. If not can I send it in to tst to have it reprogramed to work??? Thanks Wes

it will work just fine,,, its the 06's that are diff.

I'd contact TST to find out for sure. Does the 03 HO have the electronic wastegate? I know the 05 does. My 03 SO came with a new boost elbow for the wastegate.

Someone else should know for sure.

All 03's have mechanical waste gates. I agree with Randy, call TST ~ they may even be able to load different s/w to make it work.

I think you would have to buy the boost elbow to turn up the boost. "These units work on the new 04. 5/05 Ram 325 hp/600 torque and they appear to work very well. The wastegate setup is different with the 325/600 engine and it takes a few more minutes to connect than with the 03 and 04 engine. " From the TST site

2003-2005 trucks all used the same exact TST model. Only difference was the 2004. 5-2005 trucks came with a different type of boost elbow that required running boost tubing to the intake manifold.



2006 and 2007 trucks use the exact same box and timing harness, but require a different injection harness as the 06-07 trucks went to a 2 plug design from the older 3 plug design.
