Yeah I thought about that but I live in AZ and it doesn't get that cold there. I hope that someone chimes in about it. I would hate to waste the money and time to find out it doesn't do as advertised.

seriously, do u think the claim is right 117 hp boost, I believe that is strecthing it, do we have any dyno results

No not at all, plus if you read the charts those numbers are on a modified truck.

Yeah I read charts, it had a tuner on it so total increase is 117, how much came from tuner

Have this manifold on my '04 (see signature). Really less restrictive than stock when you compare them side by side. Seems to breathe easier and smoke a little less on moderate acceleration. Nicely built unit and the customer service was great! No grid heater doesn't seem to be a problem, have had it in pretty cold temps in western Wyo. No ether necessary. Already tapped for methanol if that is important.

I have had one on my truck for about a year and like it , I think think the more modified you are the more it helps ie air filter, exhaust ,injectors,ect. I have gone thru a winter in northern az. with no problem. truck: 06 5. 9,g56,westach combo gauge ,smarty w/old beta program,II phatshaft 64/14,afe filter, wilson intake, sb 3200# con fe clutch,no cat, rokktek muffler, and pacbrake I have had great luck with this combination

MScheiper and jgoff, Thanks for the info. Sorry it took so long to get back to you guys. I'm deployed and the net isn't always that great. I'm pretty sure that this is the one I'm going with. The twins will be going on this coming year sometime. I'm getting to the point where I'll pay to have them installed
