Window Regulators

Does anyone know if the window regulators for the pre 1981 trucks will work on the 81-93 trucks? Are they the same?



If not, where can I get new ones for the 81-93 trucks?

EDIT. What about the rear regulators for the crew cab doors. Would they be the same?
