window stickers

Does anyone know if it is possible to download from the Internet the window stickers for 2006 trucks if you know the VIN?

Some Canadian Dodge dealers have their inventory of vehicles on the internet and some of them have links from there to the vehicle's window stickers. I had a few printouts of some of those window stickers so I punched the VIN's into Google and came up empty. So I am going to say the answer is no (at least for Canada).
