2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Windshield Wiper Arms

I need to remove the wiper arms to get the cowel off, what is the way to remove these

Open the hood and lift the arm away from the windshield. Down on the hub end that fits over the splined shaft is a small tab that sticks out one side. Use a screwdriver to pull that tab out (about 1/8"). It locks the wiper blade in the "up" position and then the whole blaed simply pulls off the splined stud.
