Windshield Wiper question

What length are the blades and what size are the nubs that stick through the hood that the wiper arm attaches itself to?

I think stock size is 17". I had a problem with the blade going over the windshield frame on mine, so I switched to a 15" and have very good visability.

Stock size is 18inch- I have had enough of these beasts, and it seems everyone I get has rotten/split/chattery wiper blades. Except for the one I got in Chicago, of course. WHich had I been smart, I'd still have... ...
