My 99 ram windshield wipers stopped working in intermittent and regular mode. They will work on high. It is not the turn signal / wiper switch, I tried that. Are there two different relays for the wipers? I don't think it would be the motor because it works on high. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

If it is not your Multi-Function switch, check the intermitten wiper module under the instrument panel (module is snap-fit onto a single blade mounting bracket).

You mite want ot check for broken wires if it is not the module.

What Missouri Mule said. I had the same problem as you describe on mine a while back. You ask for the intermintant wiper control module at your friendly Dodge dealer's parts counter and he/she will hand you a box with a small circuit board inside. Then you pull down the intermintant wiper module box from above the right end of the panel below the steering wheel. Pop the plastic box open, swap out the circuit board inside with the new one and put it all back together. 10 minute job (20 if your helper ran off with your screwdriver).

Interesting twist to this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, my right headlamp was out too. I figured the bulb... ... wrong. Replaced it with no success. I can't imagine that the two issues can be related... ... can they???????????????????#@$%! Thanks for the wiper module suggestion!
