2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission windshield wipers

Need some help, I'm working on a 94 dodge for a friend. Niether the w/s wipers or the radio will work just wondering if there are any common problem w/ them or if i'm gonna have to shoot in the dark at it. Thanks in advance.
