Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
my 2001 club cab turbo 3/4 ton has 25,000 on it. it has started to wine or whistle when the rpm's reach 1900, when it is punched hard. the dodge dealer said it sounded like a air leak. the wrench tore of the air box, all the rubber air plumbing to and from the turbo, and tightened them. this moved the wine up the rpm scale to over 2100 rpm. it still happens. anybody have any ideas? is it the turbo? email to -- email address removed --
