FL70 Owners?? Got a ?? for ya..

looking for a fifth (wheel)

I have friend who needs help on his 93 Adventure motor home. ,

His problem is as he pull up a grade the water temp sets off the high temp alarm so he has to back out of the fuel.

I don't understand but it has a in line pump, P7100 and a wast gated turbo also. A Alison auto 4 speed also.

He has installed a new copper radiator and a new thermostat from dodge.

He does not have any gages yet. I don't know what has been done to it, fuel or timing. Any ideas or web sights for the Winnebago to help solve the high water temps.

thanks Jim

This is a 12 valve Cummins, right? If it has not been turned up I and the thermostat and radiator are ok, I would guess that he is not getting enough air through the radiator. Has he checked the fan clutch. My brother had an old Pinnacle that was overheating and he installed an air dam on it and solved the problem. bg
