Winter Front Vendor

Greetings,
Could anyone direct me to the female party that makes and sells the winter front radiator covers? I have checked my back issues, archives and performed a search with no luck. Then again, I am pretty much brain dead when it comes to computers.
I am looking for the info to contact her so I may purchase one.
