Wiper Motor

Anyone had trouble with the wipers on their 3rd gen? Mine wont start unless the windshield is totally wet or I help them. (That sure was nice with the recent snows we've had here) They run very slow for the first couple of swipes and then they work normally. The dealer ordered a motor and its going in next week. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

are the wipers running at the same time as the grid heaters are cycling? that will slow them down about 30-40%

No, its doing it after the post heat is done. Luckily the snow is done for now. I couldn't get an appt to get in til thursday. I guess they will be replacing the entire "wiper module. "
