wipers lights and woes oh my

2004 4 door longbed automatic.....I have an issue i cant seem to track down. Was having intermittent problems with headlights. Changed to new sylvania bulbs, resulted in proper operation for a few days. Then would only work on bright and that eventually went away as well, been driving on fogs. Pulled FCM yesterday and cleaned contacts then shimmed it when putting it back in. Regained driver side lo beam and no other headlights. Drivers side rear blinker went when high beams failed. Other related or not power issues, drivers side window switch wont operate window but master will at drivers door. Switched front and rear window switches now neither works. Windshield wipers double up occasionally. Replaced bulbs, multifunction switch, and pass side tail light board. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

PS the light out is lit up. The ABS and brake light are lit as well, I replaced ABS sensor in rear chunk, no change, lights come on after about 5-10 miles of driving.

UPDATE
Batteries were only reading 12.5V so I changed them out. I pulled the entire fuse box from its harnesses, cleaned pins and plugs, pulled FCM out again and shot it with contact cleaner put it back unshimmed this go round. Changed all bulbs in rear tail light board. Unbolted all the body grounds I could locate, wire brushed contact area, connector eye, and bolt then reassembled. Results blinkers now work, now only high beam on drivers side, no other head lights. I am thinking FCM may be my issue, any other tests or recommendations? Anyone.....Anyone
