My 1st guess is the sw. on the steering colum , then wires to , especialy if you use your tilt lever much .
Use a multi meter to see if the signals from sw. are happening .
I do not remember looking at a Chry. and seeing a trans. like GM , they go bad all the time , It seems that each manuf. picks what part of there cars & trucks are going to be junk , and try not to junk the same part the other did .
