Wire Access through Firewall

Have a 98. 5 24V with manual transmission and need to find a nice place to run wires through the firewall. Would like to use the wire looms that are offered in Geno's also. Will seal the hole with something but first need to find an easily accessible location. People with an automatic have a built in hole where the clutch is. Do not want to drill a hole to run the wires through if at all possible.

I have used two locations in my truck, the main wiring feed harness has a large grommet and will accept a fair amount of aux. pass throughs and the grommet for the parking brake, much smaller but still has enough room to snake more wires through.

Just installed an EGT and boost gauge set today. Ran the boost line through the hood release grommet and ran the thermocouple through the main wiring harness grommet.



Put a dual pillar mount in with Autometer Ultra-Lite gauges in... . absolutely love them
