2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission wireing under front of truck?

I have two flat plug connectors under the front of my truck right behind the front bumper. What are these for?Any one have a idea?Pretty heavy wire it looks like.

If you don't have fog lights, they may be the connectors for them.
