Wow, this is a real bummer. I have a 1999 (bought new), not very many mods, air filter 275 injectors, exhaust... keeps popping a code that says my ECU is not getting enough power...or intermittent power...

The mechanics narrowed it down to the Power Distribution Center, which is like kinda the whole friggin wiring harness attached to the fuse block under the hood on the drivers side inner fender.... So, Dodge discontinued them. The Dodge parts guy told me "scrap the truck"...

Seems like there's gotta be a better solution. Anyone ever get a new (used) harness from a (s)crap yard?

Thanks in avance...

Find a really good old-school mechanic who knows how to fix stuff.

Post in 24v engine forum.

I've gotten junkyard harnesses. Not for a Dodge truck though. There are probably harness restoration shops you can find online. A 99 Dodge truck would be oddball for them, but if it can be fixed, that'd be a possible source.

Where are you? I'm sure your fellow TDR members can suggest a shop in your area. I know I could, if you were near me.
