Im working on one of my front end loaders just typical stuff before the snow storm where I may or may not need to use the machine. Its a 1990 michigan L160. The issue that Im having is that the running lights are staying on even tho the switch is off. Its a 3 position switch, off/running/headlights. The running lights go on but not off, and the headlights work like they should. The other issue that I have is that the lights are on two seperate circuts meaning that the right side front and the left side rear are one circuit and left front and right rear are another. The front right running lights are also off and have a blown fuse and when I put a new fuse it it blows instantly and I have not been able to find the source of that problem either. The main issue is why are the running lights stuck on. This just started today. I have pulled the fuse to take care of the problem for now but getting frustrated working on it. I have not pulled the switch yet to check that out. Any electrical specialists out there with any input would be appreciated.
