1ST Gen meet/ greet/picnic/camp out KY

Well, I am guessing that the only way I am going to make any real progess is to just jump in with both feet. So here it Goes.

I am, repeat, I AM, going to start the Wisconsin Chapter for Residents of the Wisconsin. I am doing this because I would like to see Wisconsin become the premier Chapter for the TDR. I am looking forward to the challenge and I am sure it will be alot of fun, but I need your help.

I am working with Stay Tuned Audio for some special Discounts, and I am hoping to talk to Mark this next week about Dyno Days and some tuning ventrues with the assistance of Huckstorf Diesel.

There will be no membership fees, and if you would like to find more information, please make sure you visit www.dodgerep.com and click on the WI TDR tab to take you to the temporary Home.

Please let me know if you guys are interested.

Houston

are Iowa members welcome? Iowa members never get together and the last bunch of cheesehead/diesel nuts I hung out with were pretty darn cool! You guys know who you are. Besides I spend most of my time in WI.

Is this for Cheeseheads only? :-laf I usually try to make the Cheesehead events. I promise, no more sandblasting from me because of I now have the "Mack Daddy" :-laf I have also recruited a couple more MN guys... Billy Fury and Donnie

Paul, formerly known as "Sandblaster"

I really have no objection to any lout of state members participating, but Please understand I can not base any decisions about events based on out of state participants, that is one of the reasons we are starting a state Chapter. I would be more than happy to have you as a guest member.

For me it is all about the Trucks, and last I checked, my truck can make it across the state line. .

go to the website www.dodgerep.com and leave me your contact information and I will put you on the mail list to keep you up to date as things develope.

Membership to Wisconsin TDR

I am really excited about the amount of inquiries I have recieved in just a couple of days. I am trying to keep track of who and where, as well as trying to update the website www.dodgerep.com with the information that is pertinent to the Chapter.

If anyone that is interested would please send me an email, and in the email include your contact information as well as some other information that will help in planning some of these events.

Any information gathered will be kept confidential unless you send a seperate email and make the subject PROFILE, in that case I will post the informationon the members page.

Some of the information that is needed is:

Name, Date of birth, Type of Rig, City of residence, email and phone number.

I would also like to know a what kind of things you would like to see us schedule. I know that typing is a chore for most of you grease monkeys :-laf , but it really is important to get that information so I can do this right.

Remember, we are not charging a fee for this chapter, and I am absorbing the cost of the site, so any help you can give me to take a bit of the load off, is greatly appreciated.

send all emails to -- email address removed -- Oo.

Houston,

Great job so far on the dodgerep.com site! I'm glad to see someone taking the lead with getting a WI chapter off the ground. Looking forward to the future events!

I don't see any reason why we can't have the IL, MN, and IA guys involved who want to be. We've built up a great relationship with those guys over the past several years, and I wouldn't want to exlude them. Many of those non-WI guys who are near our borders have been some our most involved members. I'd say open it up to anyone who wants to be in it - including those Omaha and MI malcontents who've been to some of our events in the past. Yeah... you guys know who you are. ;)

Chapter? I dunno. That sounds awful formal like. Most of us hunyuks don't dress up real well. Use John RV4 as an example. He just looks positively ugly and there's no way around it. Now Victor, he's hot!

How about for an event, we schedule a time to watch Fireman Dave tow in Overdrive? I'm bringing a lunch for that one fer sure.

I suppose you can count me in too. Bring on our bretheren from the "right" side of the river!

Me too!

Oo. Can I come along too? Oo.

I sent a message through the website, but I don't know where that goes. Looks like a dealership or something. I'd love to be part of the group. Maybe you could consider a member application form on the website?

A misunderstanding on my part. Not a dealership, but a work in progress.

Excellent consept to have a Wisconsin chapter though!

I would like to find out how many members are interested in Audio for thier trucks, I was approached by Stay Tuned in Waukesha County regarding a Sound Drag... That is where your stereos are monitored using the equivelant of an audio Dyno. . He can do to at a time, and it is run like a drag race, they will also offer a special Discount (still working on exactly what) for parts or service.

Please let me know so I can try to coordinate this with a second event geared more towards Mechanics or something else...

Thanks

count me out...

Sorry guys, but I think the wife and I might be moving to Ohio. I have a job transfer offer, and if all goes well, I'll start the beginning of April. I am really gonna miss the "regulars" but on the bright side, I'll be closer to the pulls. :p

We get a discount now at Pommerening Dodge They will ship to your door if you don't want to make the drive. I think the pricing is at wholesale which is around 20% off. Just be sure to mention the TDR when you pay.

Actually I need to modify that, I left that dealership last week. I am working on getting some discounts and am armed with all kids of dealer cost sheets so if you want to know what something really cost, let me know. . I am alsways glad to stick it to a dealer that tries to rake a customer over the coals... .

enought of that... Or I might sound like a bitter man. . lol

I am transferring to a new dealership, and should be in place very soon, at which time I will be glad to offer CTD's at 3% below factory invoice if it is an order out. That is the same deal Tommeygun offers, and it really is the best price unless you are an actual Employee of Chrysler.
