I know it's nice, but I can't see that kind of money for it.

It's only a 1/3 the cost of a new truck, I think i'd rather have that instead. No smog, no outrageous licensing taxes and fees, cheaper insurance, cheaper parts etc.

Climb into a 1st gen and go for a ride. Then get in a 4th gen. You wouldn't pay that kind of money for a 1st gen. By the way, it's closer to 1/2 the money not 1/3rd.
