I have a sewer cleanout in our front yard that is hidden. I put a collar and screw cap so it is closed all the time except when I use it to dump..... when I am done from the desert, come home, dump in the pipe there and no fee for Dumping...

When I lived in the country, I had a sewer cleanout I could use also, but here in the city, no such thing.
