Briggs & Stratton help

I have been accepted to attend the 2006 Speedway Reserve Police Academy. I started Tuesday Feb. 28th (Two Days after my Birthday F. Y. I. ) and will continue every week on Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays till May 5th, just in time for the Indy 500.

Then I will begin my Field Training Officer phase. Meaning I will be paired up with an experience Officer to "learn the ropes". I believe I will be in my FTO phase for about6 to 12 weeks. Then I will be out on my own.

Clarification:

A Reserve Police Officer are non-paid Officers for a given Department. They have full arrest power same as a paid Officer. Only Difference is not being paid and don’t have a Take Home Police Car.

You might ask yourself "Self, why the hell would anyone want to do something and not get paid???" This is a very good step to become a Sworn Officer (Paid with a Take Home Car. )

Thank You and come again.

I will officially Graduate the 2006 Reserve Police Academy Monday at 6pm. I have already received my Uniforms and Duty Belt. Monday I will be issued my Radio, Badge, Gun and ID card.

First day on the job will be Carb Day out at IMS. So if you guys get in trouble, just flash me and I’ll see if I can get you off the Hook. That goes for the females too I guess. hahaha

Oh my gosh... ... it's Sid Gurney and his training officer Bart McCallister!

:-laf :-laf :-laf Don't let Bart get ahold of your gun, then you might be OK. Although, he may bring his own. Oh, and the same goes for the night stick. Keep the cuffs handy. :-laf :-laf

I will be attending my very first Indy 500 with some old Navy buddies. I sure hope it doesn't come to needing to be let off the hook!! ;

You mean you are going to attend a sporting event that requires beer

reunion that requires beer

AND your are doing this with Navy buddies that require even more beer?

And you are saying that no one is going to need to be let off the hook?
