Wont runnnnnn

Tis way out of my field, but I am trying to help a friend. He has a 95 Dodge V10 ( im sorry about that) and it wont run. The ignition control modgel is out. It sits behind the recovery tank for the radiator. I have the Eclon #ECHTP304. the Steeler said this part is not made any more. The dodge #56027879 or 56027000 is what I am looking for. Any help wood be greatly appresated. Maybe some one has one from a change over ,or a frunt end rapp that has one still behind the recovery tank. Or any other ideas. My thinking is a 8. 3 but at this time this is not going over to well but as we go forward this may chang.
