It *might* be possible to damage the FCA by running excessive fuel pressure. 25 psi is a lot of pressure. Now, I know lmills has been running up around 25 psi for awhile and he's had no problems.
Cummins doesn't publish any specification that indicates the maximum inlet pressure to the CP-3.

On another note, if injector solenoids are sticking open or closed, can the solenoids themselves be replaced or does the whole injector have to be replaced as a unit assembly?
