Have a 2006 2500 Reg cab 4X4 5. 9 diesel with manual transmission in a "no start" situation. It will not crank. All other functions work. Neg battery cables were loose - repaired. No blown fuses. Unable to locate fuse to starter solenoid. If pulled the truck started and ran fine. Could it be clutch safety switch or starter contacts?
