I'm getting more interrested in this line of toyhauler and was wondering if anyone has one or knows someone that has one and could comment on its frame, chassis, and it's overall construction.

Here's a link Toy Haulers by Forest River

Although we have an Attitude TH, many of our friends have trailers made by Forrest River and are extremely happy.

Forest River is one of the better mfg's. When hauling their products, they are always ready to go (tightened lug nuts, proper air pressure, wiring correct, etc).

I would not agree that Forest River is one of the better manufacturers. They do sell a lot of units and many are attractive and affordably priced but are not highly rated.

Forest River products tend to be built on Lippert frames using ChiComm axles, springs, bearings, and brakes. I wrote "tend to be" because I'm not certain all of them are but certainly many are. A TDR member experienced a major suspension failure a year or two ago on a Forest River. He posted facts and photos here. Basically, while pulling over uneven ground into a rural campground one spring leaf separated from the frame and swung around under and lifted the entire trailer.

Key "lippert frames" into your google search engine and read owner experiences for yourself.

Lower prices do not always equal a bargain.

Thanks for the heads up, I was wondering about the chassis.

This line seems to be built a different than their other lines.

I'll have to call them to see if I can get a little better idea of what it's built on.
