Off Roading Global Warming ?

Off Roading 79 cj-5

Been a while. Thought I'd update: I stepped up to a 3. 3R Whipple supercharger and designed an adjustable idler to allow multiple pulleys with the same belt. So I can swap from a 3. 5" to a 2. 2" to a 3" at will in about 5 mins using the same belt. This allows me to cruise to the track on the 3. 4" pulley making 1-2psi @ idle and then swap to the 2. 2" pulley and make 7psi @ idle. Handy to beat the gassers out of the hole without waiting for the turbos to spool. If you're wondering why not run the 2. 2" all the time, MPGs. Parasitic loss is near 2 MPGs on the small pulley vs the large one. I sometimes DD on the 3" for fun weekends.
The new mount is 100% 304SS :D

The complete 2. 3R system is up for sale $3300. serious inquiries only please.

Yes he did! I actually got to talk with him just a little about it. He mounted it on the drivers side and had the turbo feeding it though.

HAHAHAHAHAHA :-laf All those ponies and no traction to gallop!!! Nothin' like a 12 mile drive to work, and puttin 50miles on the odometer!!! :-laf

I love to play on the roads when it snows around here... . It usually starts as a good drizzle, then freezes on the roads and snow covers it up..... I used to get out and play, and pull people out of the ditch pretty regular..... funny to see a guy with a skylifted truck stuck in the ditch... . It looks nice, but don't work for crap!!! :-laf They think they can drive through anything, then can't make it to town on the highway... ... Those heavy beasts are there until it thaws, unless there's something to anchor my truck to so I can winch 'em out... . Or a tow truck comes that has outriggers to anchor itself!!! That's rough on the pavement, though..... Sold my last big Dodge year before last... . :( HOWEVER, there's a nice, beat-to-hell '97 auto in my yard that's due to go in the shop in a few weeks!!! :D :D Oo. Mmmm..... twins, triple, ladders, 5:13s, and 44s.....

A blower setup would be nice... ... But I go the twin's hardware laying around already.....

its like walnut wood grain. It was like that when I got it. the flash makes it look weird, but its kinda classy in person. I prefer carbon fiber but this was already done.
