Worn Out Seat

1998 Quad Cab original owner now 320,000. Drivers seat needs overhaul, one motor, seat cushion, seat belt retractor, etc. Thinking about replacing seats with later model maybe heated seats. Anyone ever swapped out the seats with late model and will they plug in to original holes and electrics?
