$ worth of '90 eng and trans

I'm a 24 valver but a friend of mine swerved to avoid hitting a deer on the freeway and tore the front axel and damaged the frame on his '90 4x4 with the Getrag 5 spd. I am interested in buying it to part it out. What is the eng,trans,transfercase,body parts worth? The eng has 160k on it and ran good with no oil consumption. The trans was just rebuilt. He was the origional owner and took good care of it. I would like to see someone that needed the parts get them instead the bone yard. Any ideas out there? Chris

I'm sure there are others out there, of course this is retail prices but it is a start.



PS What is this a 3/4 or 1 ton and is it a dually?

Motohead if you do decide to part this '90 out I would be interested in the mirrors if they are in good condition.

I have a 1989 that I am rebuilding and need the mirrors for it.

Body parts

Anyone here on TDR ordered parts from Nextpart? Can just anyone order or does it have to be a repair shop.
