Toyota makes some great diesels. I drove my Land Cruiser for 24 yrs - if it had a diesel I'd still own it. Rust was the only real problem I had with it.

They have some awesome diesel engines in their forklifts too. I would LOVE the inline 6 they use in the 8000# and up capacity machines. It is a 24 valve, non computerized, non turbo engine in that application.
