Would love to see some pics of Cummins in Ford

Anybody got some good pics of the engine bay after swapping in the beloved 5. 9 Cummins? I'm thinking about this swap down the road (ol' 7. 3 only has 75,000 on the ticker) I figure it will take me another 150,000 miles or more to save enough for the swap

I think the ultimate would be a 2001 F350 Crew Cab 2WD with a Cummins and NV5600. Or an Excursion... Those Super Duty trucks sure are nice...

Thanks everyone. Evan, this would be a swap for my 1988 F-250 Supercab 4x4. It will be a loooong while before this ever becomes a reality. I'm happy with my current engine/turbo/intercooler setup, but if things ever go horribly wrong..... I might loose 2 cylinders

the radiator stuck out below the origial bumper so had to build a new one to protect the rad it's just temporary till I get time to do it right

chevy+cummins

Has anyone else here seen a chevy with a cummins heart transplant. My friend has a late 80's 3/4 ton he converted that is very smooth. I just passed on a 1 ton ford. I'm holding out for the right chevy(crew cab). I know about the surburban on the dodge frame. I'm trying to find other cummins into a complete chevy package.

I saw one at the TDR rally in Columbus, Indiana a few years ago. Also, I know that ace mechanic Jim Leonard has done this swap for a customer of his. You can find his phone number in the small business card-size ads at the back of the TDR.
