You have GOTT"A TRY this............

Damn rodents!

The areas for which they have no data is almost as large as those for which they do have data. . Only three counties listed in Indiana and none of em are mine... .

Although it had the square footage about right, it listed our 5/3. 5/3 home as 4/2/??? with a corresponding shortfall in number of rooms. Going back in and temporarily correcting the data made a significant difference in valuation. So, it still has its problems... ...

Scarey how the values have dropped. IN oct 05 it was worth 223K, now its worth 171K. I guess that is because interest rates have been going up.

Seems reasonably accurate comparing recent home sales in our area against values shown. The satellite imagery is cool, and allows one to look at neighboring home values easily. The satellite imagery seems to be more up to date than google earth or terra server.

Satellite imagery doesn't seem to locate closely in areas that are not subdivisions, towns. Not to close, but not too far away.

Guess this is not unusual?

Either they are off, or I gained 130,000 in value over 2. 5 years. If I add in the improvements I made so far, I can get my home value to an easy 335,000, and I'm not done with the house mods yet. :-laf BTW, I bought it for 185,000. If I tried to sell it for what they say it's worth, I'd be waiting for a looooooong time for a buyer!
