Wow E rated tires 108 each

Don't know if they are any good or not but because of the price I would sure be tempted. I know it has the city slicker tread but you can bet they are quiet. Pirelli Scorpion STRa, 265-70/17 @ the tirerack.com. Anyone tried these yet? Not sure how long that price is good.

My surveying boss had those from the factory on his Super Duty, great summer/highway tires, but terrible on the dirt or in the winter, and he just had the 5. 4L V8, not the power joke. Needless to say, he bought a set of Wrangler ATS for the winter, night and day difference.



With the torquemonster CTD and those tires, you could put on a "dirt trackin" show :-laf

Well with the price of everything going up its nice to see I might be able to afford E rated tires! I can go "drifting" as a side benefit.

When I went to a larger tire on my previous CTD I chose Michelin, but, since I also needed a larger spare, I bought a Pirelli Scorpion for the spare because it was about $70 less than another Michelin.
