Wow!!!

These new trucks are amazing. Stopping, handling, power and I really enjoy the six speed. Can't believe what a difference there is between 2nd gens and my new truck. I have had 5 2nd gens, and 2 1st gens and now I feel like I own a working sports truck instead of just a work truck. Had a Bully DOg on my '01 and this truck blows it out of the water. I have had a constant grin on my face ever since I picked it up. The overhead has been fluctuating around 16 MPG to top it all off.

I should also say that one of my first "mods" was to adorn my new rig with my new TDR stickers. I think they made my new truck more powerful and increased the mileage right away.

---In time I will get a box but I can't seem to shift this truck fast enough anyway. I run out of gear to fast with the way it revs out. You all with mods-----do you skiip gears or do you just shift fast enough to make people think you are having a seizure?? Took one of my friends for a ride who races a turbo'ed 2nd Gen RX-7 and he was impressed how the power came on hard and fast.



BTW----anyone who hasn't tried the "Line of Fire" LED light bar from Geno's should. It has got to be one of the coolest looking mods I have ever used on any of my trucks. Bought the thing for a hot rod project I am going to start on and decided to try it on the truck----it is a permanent fixture. Guess I have to buy another one.
