Was in a car wreck about 2 weeks ago: Been fighting with other parties since it was a rental car - the corp the guy worked for had a contract with budget and it included thier insurance on the corporate policy - too them 2 weeks with me proding them to get it figured out and the accident claimed to budget's insurance.

Here are my questions that I hope you all can help answer:

1. Am I supposed to pay for the rental vehicle until they reimburse me for it?

2. How do you calculate or get a good estimate on how my truck has depreciated since the wreck?

3. Should I continue to drive the truck, the frame is slightly buckled above the rear spring bracket from the reciever hitch being bent down, why I am asking this is I commute 160 miles a day to work, and travel 1200 miles one way to see my kids every other weekend. I am worried that the rear end might be out of alignment, but not sure on that.

Any thoughts or argueing points would be appreciated.

Morph.
