Does anyone from Allmoparparts read this forum?

I have been trying to order brown rubber molar floor mats for my 2019 Ram Laramie Crew cab since the middle of February. I received black rubber mats for a Jeep Cherokee. I returned these to Allmoparparts. They sent me a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement mats, while at least brown color, were for a mega cab. I just sent an email to Allmoparparts explaining the situation and asking what I should do.

I am beginning to which I had bought Weathertech all weather mats or Husky mats. Geno's Garage does not carry floor mats for 2019 Ram crew cab trucks.

Moral of the story? Do not buy anything from Allmoparparts. Maybe there is a better place to my OEM parts, I dunno know at this point.

I've had great luck with moparpartsgiant.com. try there.

I've usually checked Geno's first and your right there's just a lot they don't and probably can't carry due to space maybe?

Have used Quirk parts no issues.

They all run the same look up system with the same exact looking pricing tool, so its usually about the not having issues.

I have good luck with Geno's and try them first.

Yes, 8221 5755AC is what I ordered and what is printed on the outside of the shipping label. That is not what came in the box.
The rear floor mats are so big I cannot even get them unto the floorboards. Allmoparparts just asked for my vin number and the number on the box which I have emailed to them. I will take pictures of the back mats today after it gets light outside and send it to them.

Do the boxes or bags have the Mopar stickers on them or were they repackaged?

Most everything I get is bagged or boxed in original Mopar has a very similar sticker.

It came in a huge box with a Mopar sticker with the part number and another with my address on it. It was wrapped with 2 plastic bands.

I had the same issue back when I owned aFord Ranger. I needed an axle ordered it right part number on the box even said genuine Ford motorcraft parts open box wrong part inside. Went through 3 of them until we found out that they were all returned and reboxed. Idiot in the warehouse didn’t know an axle from a bumper. I’m guessing that guy now works for Mopar. Probably got a better retirement deal with FCA.

The horse's ass here is ME. Yes, the first mats I rep'd were black and for a Jeep. But I returned those and this second set of brown mats are indeed the correct items, I just was unable to initially fit the rear mats in correctly. If you get these OEM mats, which I like very much, pick the rear seat and cover panel up. The snap fits on the outside, near the door. Geez Louise...

Ok, Here are pics:
