wrong seats

Am trying to order new dually with Laramie pkg, leather... . All brochures and website says standard seats are leather trimmed 40-20-40... ... Three dealers state that they can only order the truck with bucket seats unless I order a 4X4. Dealers are furious and say Dodge says to them "tough". What the heck can I do to get what I want????? Can not change out from another truck because the carpet pattern (cut) is different. I guess this is Daimler crap... . #@$%!
