WTB airbox/filter minder for a 04.5

Hi guys, the PO of my truck did the BHAF mod and hacked the stock filter housing to bits which I replaced with my S&B intake. I'm looking to buy just the box, I still have the stock inlet pipe hanging in the garage, I'd just like to have the whole stock assembly. Thank you!

Is it the same as an '03 ?

I think the box is the same but the intake tube is different? I'm not 100% sure.

IIRC, intake tube goes into inner fender ?

I meant the intake tube between the turbo and airbox.
