Talked to the rep and he recommended SAE 15W-40 Heavy-Duty Diesel and Marine Motor Oil. It is a full synthetic. Is it bad to start a truck with 136,XXX miles on full synthetic?

Like others have said run the AME. I considered the blend a few times, but it was nearly as much money as the AME and that didn't seem worth it for a blend.
I switched to the 15W-40 Heavy-Duty Diesel and Marine at 210,000. Ran two changes to 5000 each and then installed their BMK-25 bypass system and currently have a little over 27,000 on this oil with still good reports coming back from Blackstone Labs.
Just to enlighten you... ... ... ... ... . There has never been a "Standard" for blends! Each oil Company can have there own standard of how much of each base-stock they use for a "Blend".
I have used a Full 100 percent Synthetic since the 80's
Ok I think I will go to the 15W-40 Heavy-Duty Diesel and Marine. I have two and a half gallons left of the blend. Any problems with a 50/50 mix then a 66/33 mix syn then 100 syn so that I can use was left of my stock.
T tell me more about that BMK-25 bypass system? I'm at 136,XXX
