Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) wts out

My wait to start light is out and the aren't working they should. to cold to check into it right now any ideas.

I left out the words grid heaters.

Does the tach and speedo work, does the truck start and run? If they do than you will have to start chasing the electrical bugaboo's common to the grid heaters. If the tach, speedo, charging system don't work then unplug the crank sensor, turn key on, if wts comes on replace the crank sensor. Issue 52 has info on the grid heaters.

Everything works but the light and the amp meater discharges like it should but it slowly rises and doesn't jump back and forth.

I must be lucky sounds like I'm the only person that ever had the wts light go out.

Well the weather is better today so I checked into my light problem. The light bulb fell out, they just twist into the bottom of the panel. Fooled with the grid heaters and they seem to be working better can't check them until tomorow when it's colder out. thanks anyway.
