Putting my order in for a new rig, and wondering if anybody has success with hooking a XM radio into RB1 through an aux input... don't really want to use the FM modulator, looking to keep the signal as clean as possible.

Guess we need a "tester" to see if it works with the RB4, the website says it won't work with the RB1. If all else fails I'll give it a shot when I get my new rig... anyone try it yet?

FYI, I emailed soundgate and received the following replies:

We do not support those either at this point but are in the middle of updating for them i do not have a ETA for this yet.

And then I asked if he thought there were any reasons that this would be impossible.

No its just new language so its just a matter of time until i get them updated.

I have the radio with the changer controls. Its also the tape/ single cd combo. I have the log jammer aux input converter box and xm radio. I love this combo and it works awsome. I've always had trouble with fm modulators cutting out the upper band of the radio.

Kory
